Blackwell today announced a partnership with the Port of Singapore Authority to deploy its Compass fleet tracking and vessel management platform across all PSA terminal operations in Singapore.
The partnership covers over 60 berths and is the largest single deployment of maritime intelligence technology in Southeast Asia. Under the agreement, PSA will implement Blackwell’s full operational intelligence suite, including real time vessel tracking, automated berth planning, and predictive ETA calculations.
The deployment is expected to reduce average vessel turnaround times by 15% and improve berth utilization across PSA’s container, bulk, and general cargo facilities. Implementation will proceed in phases over 12 months, with container terminal operations in the first phase.
